Any early check-in or late check-out requests will incur additional charges, payable on an extra basis.
Room Availability: Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. No rooms are blocked at the moment.
Sightseeing Schedule: The day-wise sightseeing schedule and timings are subject to change at the time of final booking confirmation.
Changes in Tour Details: Any changes in the number of guests, duration, or dates will require a fresh quote.
Cost Adjustments: The cost may increase due to changes in hotel availability, exchange rate fluctuations, or other unforeseen factors. Rates will be charged based on the booking date. Payments will be calculated with a USD ROE as per the date of confirmation. The price excludes all government and tourism taxes.
Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations of sightseeing tours.
Island Trip Charges: For guests visiting Phuket, Krabi, and Koh Samui, entry charges of 400 Baht per person are to be paid directly to the local government officer for island trips (e.g., Phi Phi Island, 4 Island, James Bond Island).

Vaccination Requirement: Only fully vaccinated Indian citizens are allowed to enter. Visa charges are payable on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Before 15 Days: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted as retention charges.
Cancellations Within 14 Days: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the tour start date. 100% charges will apply.
Payment Policy
Flight Booking: For flight bookings, 100% of the amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Initial Payment: 50% of the total tour cost is due at the time of confirmation.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due at least 10 days before the tour start date.
