Upon your arrival at Delhi Railway Station, you'll be warmly greeted and driven towards Shimla – once the summer retreat of British India. Nestled amidst the snow-capped Shivalik range, Shimla offers breathtaking views of the majestic Himalayas. Upon reaching, check into your hotel and unwind. Enjoy a peaceful overnight stay at your hotel in Shimla.
After breakfast, head out for a delightful excursion to Kufri, a small yet beautiful hill station just outside Shimla. Capture scenic views, and you can even try out traditional Himachali attire for memorable photos. Adventure seekers can indulge in pony or yak rides (at personal expense). Return to Shimla by evening for a relaxed overnight stay.
Enjoy a hearty breakfast before heading to Jakhu Temple, perched atop the highest point in Shimla. After seeking blessings and enjoying the bird’s-eye view of the surrounding ranges, your evening is free to explore The Mall Road and The Ridge – two of Shimla’s most vibrant spots. The Ridge is particularly known for its sweeping valley views and the historic Christ Church.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and begin your journey back to Delhi by road. On arrival, you'll be dropped at Delhi Airport or Railway Station for your onward travel with beautiful memories of Shimla.

Package Excludes
- Please inform in advance if GST invoices are required in your name, prior to making any advance payment.
- Airfare, Train fare, or Bus tickets are not included.
- Any meals other than those specified, mineral water, soft drinks, room service orders, minibar items, etc.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, porterage (coolie), tips, phone calls, etc.
- Entry fees to monuments, forts, gardens, theme parks, cultural shows, safaris, or adventure activities.
- Charges for camera/video permits, any ropeway, or ticketed entry points.
- Any additional cost arising due to unavoidable circumstances such as:
- Natural calamities (heavy snowfall, floods, landslides, etc.)
- Lockdowns, strikes, political unrest, or riots
- Vehicle breakdown, law and order issues
- Cancellation of flights, trains, or buses
- No refunds or adjustments will be provided for unused services or sightseeing missed due to any of the above reasons.
- Room heaters at hotels during winter season are chargeable per night on a direct payment basis.
- Covid-19 related costs, such as testing before/during/after the tour or mandatory quarantine expenses, are not included and must be borne by the guest.
- 🚫 Important Notes on Sightseeing Exclusions
- The following sightseeing locations are not included in the package and are either optional or must be arranged on your own:
- Chail (Shimla)
- Manikaran, Marhi, Gulaba, Rohtang Pass (Manali region)
- Chamba (Dalhousie)
- Jakhu Temple (Shimla) – can only be visited via Ropeway (ticket to be purchased directly at the counter)

General Notes
This is only a quotation, not a confirmed booking.
No rooms are held in the mentioned hotels/resorts.
In case of unavailability on the confirmation date, we will arrange similar category hotels.
It is mandatory to carry original valid Photo ID with Address Proof (e.g., Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License).
PAN card is not accepted for check-in or travel verification purposes.
Standard Hotel Timings:
Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and additional cost.
Room Type: We offer only base category standard rooms.
Additional guests/kids will be accommodated on floor mattresses only. Separate cots are not available.
Meal Information:
Most hotels in Himachal offer vegetarian meals.
Meal menus are fixed, and we are not responsible for changes or preferences.
Vehicle & Travel Policy
Vehicles are allotted as per itinerary route and fixed kilometers.
Any extra kilometers, deviation from route, or additional destinations will incur extra charges, payable directly to the driver.
Rohtang Pass Visit:
Not included in the package. Guests must pay extra to local union cabs for Rohtang visit as per local rules.
Changes After Booking:
No changes in hotel or vehicle will be allowed once the tour is booked.
Any change request, if possible, will incur extra charges.
Weather & Road Conditions
During summer, expect long traffic jams.
During winter, road conditions may be slippery due to snowfall.
We recommend keeping a cushion time for travel to avoid missing flights/trains due to unforeseen delays like traffic, weather, or vehicle issues.
We are not liable for any missed connections or delays due to such circumstances.
GST Invoice
If you need a GST invoice in your name/company name, please inform us before making any payments.
COVID-19 Guidelines
Carry face masks, sanitizers, and maintain social distancing during the entire trip.
Check state-wise travel advisories before travel.
You may be required to carry a negative RTPCR report depending on the current travel rules.
Failure to comply with COVID protocols may result in denied boarding or quarantine at the destination.
Cancellation Policy
On Confirmation: 50% of the total package cost must be paid.
Balance Payment: Due 7 days before the start of the tour.
Cancellation Charges:
30 days or more before tour: 30% of the tour cost will be deducted.
7 to 29 days before tour: 50% of the tour cost will be deducted.
Less than 7 days / No Show: 100% cancellation – No refund.
