- Personal expenses such as tips, laundry, porters, horse/elephant rides, phone calls, mini-bar usage, etc.
- Entry fees for monuments, gardens, forts, cultural shows, safaris, adventure activities, or charges for camera and videography.
- Any additional costs incurred due to unforeseen events like natural disasters (heavy snowfall, rain), political unrest, strikes, vehicle breakdowns, legal issues, pandemic-related delays, lockdowns, or cancellation of flights/trains/buses must be borne by the traveller.
- Extra charges during festive seasons or events like Pushkar Fair, Ajmer Festival, Jaisalmer Festival, Diwali, and New Year.
- Charges related to mandatory RT-PCR tests, quarantine, medical treatment, or emergency evacuation to be paid by the traveller.

Important Points – Hotel Stay, Vehicle Use, Transportation & Sightseeing
Hotel/Resort check-in and check-out times will be followed as per the respective hotel’s policy.
Any additional person or child requiring an extra bed will be provided with a rollaway mattress only.
It is mandatory to carry an original government-issued photo ID with address proof at the time of check-in.
Accepted IDs: Driving License, Aadhar Card, Election Card, Passport.
Pan Cards will not be accepted.
The vehicle provided for your tour will be allotted with fixed kilometers and a defined route as per the itinerary.
Any deviation from the route or additional kilometers will incur extra charges, payable directly to the driver.
Kilometer limits are calculated based on a round-trip journey from the tour’s start and end location.
Driver duty is generally from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, barring exceptional situations.
Please note that Taj Mahal and other Agra attractions remain closed on Fridays.
No refunds will be applicable for missed sightseeing due to traffic delays, attraction closure, weather issues, time constraints, strikes, or any disturbances related to law and order.
