Hotel Accommodation
Hotel/Resort Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly as per each hotel’s policy.
For extra adults or children, accommodation will be provided using rollaway mattresses only.
All guests must carry a valid Original Government-issued Photo ID with address proof:
Acceptable: Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport
Not accepted: PAN Card
While traveling to Nepal, please do not carry high denomination Indian currency notes.
Vehicle, Transportation & Sightseeing
Vehicles are booked based on a fixed itinerary and a blocked kilometer limit as mentioned in your travel plan.
Any additional kilometers traveled or deviations from the itinerary will incur extra charges, to be paid directly to the driver during the trip.
Kilometer calculations are based on round trip distances from the tour starting point.
Standard vehicle operating hours: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with exceptions in special cases.
Note: Taj Mahal and other Agra tourist sites remain closed on Fridays.
No refunds will be entertained if sightseeing spots are missed due to:
Traffic conditions
Official closures
Weather disruptions
Road conditions
Long-distance delays
Strikes or law-and-order situations
Travel to Nepal
For travel to Nepal, each traveler must carry one of the following:
Valid Passport or Election (Voter ID) Card
Aadhar Cards and PAN Cards are not accepted for Nepal immigration.
