- Hotel Accommodation – Important Notes:
- Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
- Triple sharing / additional adult / child will be provided with a roll-away mattress (without a cot).
- Hotel properties on group tours may change even after reservation due to operational or seasonal reasons.
- Last-minute hotel changes are possible, especially during peak seasons, to ensure confirmed availability.
- Double beds are not guaranteed at all properties; twin beds may be assigned instead.
- In some hotel chains, a twin room may include a sofa-bed or folding bed along with a regular bed.
- European hotels are often located in suburban areas and room sizes may be smaller compared to Indian standards.
- A refundable security deposit or credit card validation may be required upon hotel check-in to cover incidental charges.

General Tour Information
This is a multi-country, shared group tour conducted in English with travel via AC coach on a seat-in-coach (SIC) basis.
This format offers a great opportunity to meet and interact with fellow travelers from around the world.
Hotels provided will be in basic standard category and located near city centers (not within city centers).
European hotels typically have smaller rooms (mostly with twin beds) compared to Asian standards.
Breakfast will be continental style, with limited vegetarian options and a variety of non-vegetarian dishes.
Package Details
The tour package is land-only and subject to availability and final confirmation of hotels, transport, and sightseeing arrangements.
Return airfare and travel insurance are NOT included in the package cost.
City Taxes are excluded and must be paid directly by guests at hotel check-in:
CHF 4–5 per person per day (Switzerland)
EUR 4–5 per person per day (other European countries)
Final travel vouchers will be issued only upon receipt of full payment.
If full payment is not received at least 35 days prior to departure, the booking will be considered canceled.

Hotel & Airline Booking Terms
Air ticket bookings and hotel blocks require full payment of the INR component; otherwise, prices may vary.
The final tour price will reflect the inclusions chosen and confirmed by the customer. If any component is modified, the final price will be updated accordingly.

Transfers & Transportation
All Seat-In-Coach (SIC) tours will operate from designated city center departure points at fixed timings.
Private transfers or additional excursions are available at extra cost and must be booked in advance.
Evening transfers to city centers depend on the stay plan; in some cases, the guest may need to arrange return transport independently.
Supplements apply for late-night or early-morning airport transfers.
Pricing and Currency Fluctuations
Rates are calculated based on the prevailing foreign exchange rate at the time of costing.
The company reserves the right to revise prices due to:

All such increases must be paid in full before departure by the client.
Hotel & Airline Cancellation
Hotels and airlines reserve the right to cancel bookings, even post-confirmation.
In case of hotel cancellation, a similar alternative will be provided.
Airline cancellations are subject to airline discretion and their individual terms & conditions.
Cancellation Policy
15 days or more before travel: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charges.
Within 14 days of departure: No refund; 100% of the tour cost is non-refundable.
Air ticket cancellations will be as per airline policy—please check directly with the respective airline.
Once booking is reconfirmed, 100% cancellation charges will apply.
A Credit Note for any remaining balance after applicable charges will be issued, valid for use on a future booking.
Payment Policy
Land Package:
50% payment due at the time of confirmation.
Remaining 50% must be paid at least 10 days prior to the departure.
Flights:
100% payment is required at the time of booking.
