Arrive at Dubai International Airport where our representative will meet and assist you with your hotel transfer. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast, embark on a half-day city tour of Dubai, covering iconic spots like Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Mosque, and the vibrant city streets. Later, visit the Burj Khalifa’s 124th floor (non-prime hours) for a panoramic city view, followed by a trip to the spectacular Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo. Late evening, transfer back to the hotel. Overnight stay in Dubai.

- Any extra meals, room service, snacks, mineral water, or beverages not mentioned under inclusions.
- Personal expenses: Tips, porterage, telephone calls, laundry, minibar, etc.
- Surcharges during peak events, exhibitions, fairs, or festivals (if applicable).
- Security deposit (if asked) at hotel check-in – refundable at checkout.
- Charges for health or fitness certifications, if required due to any pandemic or travel restrictions.

Transfers:
SIC (Seat-in-Coach) transfers are on sharing basis; Private transfers are point-to-point in a dedicated vehicle.
Private transfers are not for disposal; transfers outside itinerary timing incur additional cost.
Hotel Check-in/Check-out:
Hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and chargeable directly.
Booking Status:
No rooms have been blocked at this stage; room availability is confirmed only at the time of booking.
Dinner can be arranged at a nearby Indian restaurant on request, without transfers, and at additional cost.
Changes & Pricing:
Any change in number of passengers, travel dates, or trip duration will require revised costing.
Tour cost may increase in case of hotel unavailability, USD exchange rate fluctuations, or high-season surcharges.
Rate Policy:
Pricing will be based on the prevailing USD exchange rate on the date of confirmation + ₹1.
All prices are excluding government and tourism taxes unless specifically mentioned.
Sightseeing & Tickets:
There will be no refunds for cancelled sightseeing tours.
SIC transfers operate only between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; private transfers from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM incur extra charges.
Entry Tickets:
We include regular entry tickets; premium/express upgrades must be requested before confirming the tour.
Guests can upgrade directly at the venue counter if desired.
Documentation:
PAN card copy is mandatory for all guests above 18 years to confirm the package.
As per Income Tax law, from Oct 1, 2020, 5% TCS will be collected and deposited with the government by us.
Liability Disclaimer:

Covid Guidelines:
Mask, sanitizer, and social distancing are mandatory and must be followed throughout the trip.

Dubai Visa Information
Original passport valid for at least 6 months from travel date with 2 blank pages is mandatory.
Visa cost approx. ₹7,500 per person; health insurance may be required during pandemic situations.
Children below 18 years may be eligible for free visa (service charges applicable) under UAE promotional policy (from 15 Dec 2020; limited time offer).
Visa approval is subject to the discretion of the UAE Embassy; we are not liable for any rejections.
Visa processing time is a minimum of 5 working days (excluding Friday & Saturday).
Travel must be scheduled within 7–10 days after visa issuance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 15 days before departure will incur 50% retention charges.
Cancellations made within 14 days of departure are non-refundable; 100% of the tour cost will be retained.
Airfare and Visa cancellation refunds are subject to individual airline or immigration authority policies.
No refund for no-show or last-minute cancellations.
Payment Policy
For land packages: 50% payment is required at the time of booking, balance due 30 days before the tour.
For Visa and Flights: Full payment must be made at the time of booking, non-refundable after confirmation.
