Hotel Policy
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
General Booking Terms
No rooms have been blocked at this time. All rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.
Sightseeing schedule and timings may change and will be finalized at the time of issuing the booking chart.
Any changes in number of passengers (Pax), duration, or travel dates will require a new quote.
Costs may increase due to:

Fluctuations in the USD to INR exchange rate
Final rates will be calculated on the day of confirmation using USD ROE + ₹1, exclusive of any government or tourism taxes.
No refunds will be provided for any missed or canceled sightseeing tours.
Island Entry Fees
Guests traveling to Phuket, Krabi, and Koh Samui must pay an entry fee of 400 Baht per person for each island trip (e.g., Phi Phi Island, 4 Islands, James Bond Island), payable directly to local authorities.
Visa on Arrival Requirements
To obtain a visa on arrival, travelers must carry:
Completed visa application form
Passport-sized photo (4×6 cm)
Original passport (valid for at least 6 months from the travel date) with minimum 2 blank pages
Proof of sufficient funds
Bank statement for the past 6 months
Confirmed return flight tickets
Confirmed hotel bookings
Visa charges are payable directly on arrival
Only fully vaccinated Indian travelers are permitted entry
Cancellation Policy
Before 15 days of travel: 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted as cancellation charges.
Within 14 days of travel: No refund; 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
Payment Policy
Land Package: 50% payment at the time of confirmation, remaining 50% to be paid at least 10 days before the tour start date.
Flight Bookings: 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
Flight Booking: For flight bookings, 100% of the amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Initial Payment: 50% of the total tour cost is due at the time of confirmation.
Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due at least 10 days before the tour start date.
